DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?

All activities with the exception of dining in our restaurant or bar will require a waiver to be signed before entry.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR RESCHEDULE?

All ticket sales are final.

You may reschedule your ticket for another time if you reschedule at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled ticket time.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT? 

All Locations

Some games may involve physical activity including running, jumping, and quick lateral movement.

Experiences include flashing lights, moving visual elements, sounds, and background music.

Electric Playhouse does not recommend these experiences for people who are prone to seizures due to flashing lights or for those who are susceptible to sensory overload, as there are a number of visual and auditory experiences throughout the building.

IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

Non-commercial photography is allowed for personal use.

CAN I BOOK THE VENUE FOR FILMING?

Electric Playhouse may be rented for filming purposes subject to approval.

We offer a variety of rental rates for the venue and customization options on our projected wall surfaces.

Electric Playhouse offers a wide variety of experiences designed for a variety of age groups.

Our games are suited for children ages 4+, teens, and adults.

Special events and shows will vary.

Children must be accompanied by a paying adult and cannot be left unattended.

ARE THERE ANY DRESS CODE REQUIREMENTS?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes for moderate activities like running, jumping, and moving around in our game spaces.

Our immersive fine dining and art-based events are a great opportunity to dress up!

BIRTHDAYS - CAN I BRING MY OWN CAKE?

Yes, but it must be prepackaged and store-bought.

No home-made desserts please.

We do not allow any other outside food or drinks.

Our party rooms are unlike anything you may have experienced.

We use a combination of projection mapping and motion sensors to transform your environment into digital wonderlands.

Because of this, decorations are discouraged as they may interfere with the technology used to make this experience fun and interactive.

We do offer party customization options, call our event coordinator to discuss details.

You may reschedule your party up to 7 days before your party. 

If you do not show up to your party, no refund will be given and there will be no option to reschedule.

IMMERSIVE DINING - WHAT IS IT? 

All Locations

Immersive Dining is a new kind of dining experience that engages all your senses by weaving together cuisine, entertainment, good company, and visually immersive interactive projection mapping.

We pair seasonal, themed menus with spectacular interactive visual effects and music from Electric Playhouse artists to evoke a magical social environment like no other.

Guests interact with the visuals and other projected creations on the tabletops while they engage with the unique environment and fellow guests.

IMMERSIVE DINING - WHAT TO EXPECT?

Our immersive dining events are communal dining experiences and all seats are available to the public for purchase.

For sold-out events, you may be seated next to your future best friend but our team will do its best to spread people out and accommodate couples and groups.

IMMERSIVE DINING - WHEN TO ARRIVE?

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the time of your purchased ticket, so that you may check in with our host.

These are timed and curated experiences, so being prompt is strongly encouraged.

Immersive dining events start promptly at the scheduled time.

If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you when you arrive, depending on your tardiness.

We cannot guarantee where you’ll be seated and what courses may have already been served.

Refunds are not available and all sales are final.

Our Immersive dining events are seasonal with limited availability and seating.

If a future date is available we may choose to reschedule with a 5-day notice depending on case-to-case basis and availability.

The typical dinner service will be upscale and adult-oriented, lasting 90-120 minutes.

Some of our events however offer a children’s menu, including our popular Halloween and Holiday themed lunch and dinner offerings.

We are located right at I-40 and Coors with easy access from the freeway in the Westbluff shopping center.

BIRTHDAYS - DO WE PLAY BEFORE OR AFTER? 

Location: Albuquerque

Guests will dine first for 90 minutes in our immersive party room.

After dining, guests have 90 minutes of access to our game spaces.

IS FOOD AND DRINK ALLOWED IN GAME AREAS?

No, all food and drinks are to be enjoyed in the restaurant or designated areas during special events.

SHOWS & EVENTS - CAN I VAPE IN THE VENUE? 

Location: Albuquerque

Yes, Nicotine vapes are permitted in our facilities but please remember to use it outside.  

Vaping is prohibited indoors at all times in our facility.

This includes all common areas, restrooms, and private spaces.

Outdoor vaping is permitted in designated areas only.

If an individual is caught vaping indoors, their vape will be confiscated and they will be subject to disciplinary action. This action may include, but is not limited to, suspension of privileges and/or removal from the facility.

As a facility that offers entertainment options for all ages, we strive to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere for all of our patrons. The residual odor after a show is not conducive to families who come to play the morning after a show.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

BIRTHDAYS - WHAT IS AN IMMERSIVE PARTY ROOM? 

Location: Las Vegas

Our party rooms are unlike anything you have likely seen or experienced.

The walls feature amazing visuals that transport you to magical digital wonderlands and our tables are interactive and respond to your movement.

We offer a wide variety of themes to select from to make your party an unforgettable experience sure to create lasting memories.

Due to the unique nature of our rooms and technology, Decorations are not allowed as they will interfere with the experience.

Two party rooms seat up to (20) guests and our large party rooms seats (40). Rooms cannot be combined.

BIRTHDAYS - HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?

Birthday parties up to 40 guests can be booked directly on our website.

Anything over 40 needs to be booked with our Event Sales Manager.

BIRTHDAYS - HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?

We prefer 7 days in advance but we can book 4 days in advance for smaller groups.

Food selections and final guests need to be finalized 4 days prior.

BIRTHDAYS - can i add food or more guests after booking?

Yes! You can add guests or additional food to your party order up to 3 days before your booking.

Any onsite changes or additions are subject to availability.

BIRTHDAYS - do i have to pay for all guests or just the kids?

We are a ticketed experience so we do require everyone attending ( kids & adults) the party to be included in your final guest count.

BIRTHDAYS - is a deposit required?

We require 100% payment in full at time of booking.

BIRTHDAYS - CAN I BRING A CAKE?

Absolutely! However we do require all cakes to be from a licensed bakery.

Home-made cakes are not permitted

With the exceptions of birthday cake (from a licensed bakery) , we do not allow any outside food and beverage.

BIRTHDAYS - CAN I BRING MY OWN DECORATIONS?

Our immersive dining spaces don’t need any additional decor.

We kindly request you leave all balloons, streamers and confetti at home.

We do not allow anything to be taped or affixed to our walls or floor.

There may be an additional cleaning fee applied to your credit card on file should this happen.

BIRTHDAYS - DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DISCOUNTS?

Yes, Nevada Residents get a local discount once a valid ID is presented at check-in.

Discounts for birthday parties are applied as a partial refund at the end of your party.

That way you get a discount on any additional food or guests that you add after you’ve booked.
