Immerse yourself in a high tea experience inspired by Lewis Carroll’s beloved novel, "Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland." Our goal is to transport you into a world of enchantment through interactive storytelling and a menu expertly crafted by the renowned pastry Chef Keris Kuwana.
As you enter our "Teatime In Wonderland" experience, you’ll be surrounded by a multisensory environment where motion-activated imagery and sound bring the space to life. With 360-degree projection mapping, the walls, floors, and tables will respond to your every movement, fully bringing you on this magical culinary journey.
We are honored to have Chef Keris Kuwana leading the charge. Known for her appearances on Food Network’s “Chopped – Gold Medal Games: Baking” and her impressive culinary pedigree, including her time at Michelin-starred restaurants like Alan Wong’s in Honolulu, Alex Stratta's at the Wynn Las Vegas, and Charlie Palmer's Steakhouse, Kuwana brings her expertise and creativity to every dish.
Alongside the Mad Hatter and the White Rabbit, she’ll guide you through a delightful selection of the March Hare's finest English teas and the Queen of Hearts' devilish desserts. Each item on our event menu is thoughtfully crafted to capture the magic and wonder of Alice’s adventures, offering you a visually stunning and delicious feast.
We’re also excited to introduce our new Creative Culinary Director, Vivian Sorenson. Vivian is a distinguished executive producer, showrunner, and director known for her work on programs like “Chopped,” “Chopped Junior,” “Chopped After Hours,” and “Guy’s Chance of a Lifetime.” With her impressive resume, including a James Beard Media Award, Critics Choice Award, and an Emmy nomination, Vivian is the perfect person to help us blend unique storytelling with exceptional dining experiences, starting with “Teatime In Wonderland.”
With "Teatime In Wonderland," we’re setting a new standard for dining in Las Vegas by combining the magic of immersive storytelling with the brilliance of Chef Kuwana and Vivian Sorenson.
