From her humble beginnings in a small Paris cafe to the raging modernist art scene in New York City of the 1980’s, follow Francine as creative passion and a timeless love story take her through the many phases of The Artist. A four-course culinary experience intermingles with the art style and emotions of each period, allowing you to be a part of the creative process. ABOUT IMMERSIVE DINING
Immersive Dining is a new kind of dining experience that engages all your senses by weaving together cuisine, entertainment, good company and visually immersive interactive projection-mapping. Guests interact with the visual and other projected creations on the tabletop while they engage with the unique environment and fellow guests. Interesting and whimsical food pairings complement the art evoke a magical social environment like no other. Menus and themes change seasonally and we offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free selections. See it to believe it!

Formerly the home of the Fillmore West and Carousel Ballroom, SVN West amps up any event through three floors of raw venue space that are steeped in musical history. The main hall, reverently named Carousel, showcased dozens of concerts during its brief operation from 1968 to 1971, including musical legends like the Grateful Dead, Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, B.B. King, Miles Davis, Aretha Franklin, and more.
