I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas in 2005. I worked as a cook there for several years then moved back to Albuquerque and worked in many of the nicest restaurants in town. Six years ago I was hired as a culinary arts instructor at CNM and for the Street Food Institute. I am very excited to work with Electric Playhouse. I love food. I love to eat, I love to cook and I love exploring food. I love learning about food and the most amazing part of it is that there is no stopping what you can learn. Food is the world’s top unifier. It is one of the things all humans share and I really love that fact. There is nothing better as a chef than being able to create amazing dishes that you truly appreciate and having that reciprocated from the guest is a great experience. I love the art of food and feel that being surrounded by so many creative artists at EP is absolutely inspiring.
