Primary Role
Assist Bartender in restocking liquor, ice, glassware, bitters, soda, water, sugar, fruits, and anything else the Bartender needs
Assess customers’ needs and preferences
Maintains proficient knowledge of backstock beverages, liquor, glassware, etc
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
Responsibilities
Attain and maintain any and all required alcohol and food safety licensing
Ability to keep bar appearance to the highest standards
Be able to assist the bartender to identify and prevent guests from excessive drinking
Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Have knowledge of proper portion control to prevent overpouring, under-pouring, and loss.
Have the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Fill out all checklists, waste sheets, and incident reports
Drug screening and background are required.
