Electric Playhouse offers a wide variety of experiences designed for a variety of age groups. Our games are suited for children ages 3+, Teens, and Adults. Special events and show will vary.

Electric Playhouse offers an ever-changing library of experiences ranging from games, immersive dinings, art shows, concerts and more with new experiences arriving all the time.

Non-commercial photography is allowed for personal use.

Electric Playhouse may be rented for filming subject to approval. We offer a variety of rental rates for the venue and customization options on our projected wall surfaces.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes for running when planning a trip to experience our general admission games. Our immersive fine dining and art based events provide a great opportunity to dress up.

All activities with the exception of dining in our restaurant or bar will require a waiver to be signed.

Guests are encouraged to review and sign the waiver prior to arriving.

Games & Admission

Please arrive on time. Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. Your time slot (ie 11am) is valid for entry for 30 minutes (ie 11-11:30am). If you miss your time slot, we have the right to deny your entry and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Some games may involve physical activity including running, jumping and quick lateral movement.

Experiences include flashing lights, moving visual elements, sounds and background music

Electric Playhouse does not recommend these experiences for people who are prone to seizures due to flashing lights or to those who are susceptible to sensory overload, as there are a number of visual and auditory experiences throughout the building.

Yes, tickets may be rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled ticket time.

Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final.  You may reschedule your ticket for another time if you reschedule at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled ticket time.

All sales are final.  If you miss your ticket window, you cannot reschedule your tickets and you waive the right to a refund.

Restaurant & Bar

You may enjoy our restaurant without needing to purchase a ticket. Just notify the front desk and they will seat you so you can enjoy some awesome food and drink while watching all the action. 

Yes, Electric Playhouse has a full liquor license and we offer a large selection of drinks and custom cocktails. 

No, all food and drinks are to be enjoyed in the restaurant or designated areas during special events.

Immersive Fine Dining Events

Immersive Dining is a new kind of dining experience that engages all your senses by weaving together cuisine, entertainment, good company and visually immersive interactive projection-mapping. We pair seasonal, themed food menus with spectacular interactive visual effects and music from Electric Playhouse artists to evoke a magical social environment like no other. Guests interact with the visual and other projected creations on the table top while they engage with the unique environment and fellow guests.

Our immersive dining events are communal dining experiences and all seats are available to the public for purchase. For sold-out events, you may be seated next to your future best friend but our team will do its best to spread people out and accommodate couples and groups.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the time of your purchased ticket, so that you may check in with our host. These are timed and curated experiences, so being prompt is strongly encouraged.

The Immersive dinners start promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late, we will seat you and do our best to accommodate you; however, depending on the tardiness, you may miss out on one of the courses.

Our Immersive dining events are seasonal with limited availability and seating. We may be able to reschedule with 5 days notice and if a future date is available.

Yes, a 15% gratuity plus appliable taxes and fees are added to all orders at reservation time.

The typical dinner service will be upscale and adult-oriented, lasting 90-120 minutes into the evening. 

Some of our events however offer a children’s menu including our popular Halloween and holiday lunch and dinner offerings.

Birthday Parties

1.5 hours in the private party room.  Parties start at the scheduled time, so don’t be late!  

Set up time for your party begins 15 minutes before your scheduled party. If you arrive early you may not be allowed into your party room due to parties before yours. We do offer a lounge area to hang out prior to your scheduled time.

Eat first, play after.  Our party packages include 1.5 hours of play after your private party room time. 

Yes, but it must be prepackaged and store bought. No home-made desserts please.  We do not allow other outside food or drinks. 

Call to ask about customized party options! 

Our party rooms are unlike anything you have ever experienced. We use a combination of projection mapping and table sensor to transport you to digital wonderlands. No need for decorations, the room and visuals are the decoration! Brining decorations is discouraged as they may interfere with the sensors and immersive environment.

Yes, an automatic service charge is included in the package price.

Yes, there is a small counter in each party room for gifts.  Please contact our events team if you think you are going to need more room. 

All sales are final.  You may reschedule your party up to 7 days before your party.  If you do not show up to your party, no refund will be given and there will be no option to reschedule. 

Concerts & Shows

Yes, Nicotine vapes are permitted in our facilities but please remember to use it outside.  

Vaping is prohibited indoors at all times in our facility. This includes all common areas, restrooms, and private spaces. Outdoor vaping is permitted in designated areas only.

If an individual is caught vaping indoors, their vape will be confiscated and they will be subject to disciplinary action. This action may include, but is not limited to, suspension of privileges and/or removal from the facility.

As a facility that offers entertainment options for all ages, we strive to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere for all of our patrons. The residual odor after a show is not conducive to families who come to play the morning after a show.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

No.  We have a strict no re-entry policy.  In case of an emergency, please see one of our staff or security.  

Yes, see our front desk for ear plugs available for purchase. 

In the colder months, we will have a coat check available (prices vary), we also have lockers free of charge available to store your belongings. 

Corporate Parties

Food selections and guest count must be finalized 7 days in advance of your event.

Corporate parties must be canceled 7 days prior to the event.  If canceled within 7 days prior to the event the deposit will be forfeited.  If canceled less than 7 days prior to the event, your deposit may be applied to a future event.  

Your logo can be placed on the walls of the immersive dining room.  We can prepare custom slideshows to play on the walls during your event.  Contact our events team for more details.
