'Teatime in Wonderland' features the culinary artistry of celebrity Chef Keris Kuwana, who will guide guests through a whimsical journey filled with delectable pastries and savory bites. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the magic and wonder of Alice's adventures in Wonderland, providing a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Honolulu-born Chef Keris Kuwana developed a passion for pastries and candies from her father, a traveling military member who brought exotic treats back home. After earning a Fine Arts degree from the University of Hawaii, Kuwana transitioned from a career in gem valuation to pursue her love of pastry. Her impressive journey includes roles at Michelin-starred Alan Wong’s, Alex Stratta's Michelin 2-star restaurant at the Wynn, and Charlie Palmer's Steakhouse. Currently, she runs her own brand, Keris Sweets, and was recently awarded Best Vegas Dessert in 2024 for her gourmet doughnut concept at the Venetian Hotel and Casino.

This event marks the debut production of Electric Playhouse's new Creative Culinary Director, Vivian Sorenson, who brings a fresh perspective and innovative approach to the team. Vivian is a celebrated Executive Producer, Showrunner, and Director renowned for her exceptional storytelling and creative vision in both unscripted and narrative content. Her recent credits include serving as EP/Showrunner for La Pitchoune: Cooking In France (Magnolia, HBO Max, Amazon) and Guy’s Chance of a Lifetime, and co-creating over 800 episodes of Chopped. Vivian's work has earned her prestigious accolades, including the James Beard Media Award, Critics Choice Award, and an Emmy nomination.
