Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Role

Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
Proper handling, storage of all food items.
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Prepares all ingredients for the shift before service begins.
Answer, report and follow Executive/Sous Chef’s instructions
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Responsibilities

Knowledge of cooking procedures relevant to the menu. which mainly focuses on pantry items, prepping, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
Maintain Food Handlers Certification
Work with cold and extremely hot food products, utensils, dinner plates and glassware
Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, special events and occasional late evenings as required
Maintain the highest level of safety in the facility through implementation of safety protocols and procedures
Family friendly Tattoos, long/excessive hair, and piercings welcome
Excellent personal hygiene skills
